It seems that every person at these times has a cell phone. If you go to a mall, or a store, or at any public place, you'll see someone talking on his/her cell phone. Even those driving their vehicles are guilty of using their cell phones when they are behind the wheels. We are a very talkative nation, and we love our cell phones.

I remember when mobile phones first came out. My friend and I each had one. They were the old, clunky bag phones. Wherever we went, our phones tagged along. We are guilty though of using them while we were behind our wheels. We just used it regardless of what else we were doing. It was a worldwide craze, and we thought we were in! Observe the cell phones in the market nowadays. Improvements in cell phones has taken a giant leap. Before, when all was bulky and the only thing it can perform was taking calls, but nowadays, you can listen to music, surf the net, play a game and many others, well no windows yet! Wherever I go, my cell phone goes with me. Well, nowadays, it's obvious what dangers lurk around when women go around the city on their own so it is for that purpose that we carry around our cell phones.

You simply cannot drive safely if you are driving with one hand on the wheel holding your cell phone with the other. This is an accident waiting to happen and according to a University of Utah study, people who talk on the phone while driving are as impaired as a drunk driver. Cell phone usage in the cars are not one of our advocacies. Some of the states have intentions of making a law that forbids handling a cell phone while driving with no exclusions. Cell phones are still being used by people while in their cars until the time comes when it is banned by law. However, there is another way to use your cell phone in a safer way and still drive with both hands, that is a hand's free device. And as of July 1, 2008, California Senate Bill 1613 states that you must use a hands free device if you are talking on your cell phone while driving. The bill prohibits driving and talking on the phone at the same time unless you have a hand's free gadget attached to your cell phone.

This husband of mine is on his computer frequently and because he has a Blue Tooth Headset as well, he is already reaping the benefits from using it. Be on the phone and still be able to type on his computer, that is what my husband usually does when he is with a client. He can talk on the phone for extensive hours. Typing and at the same time handling your phone is not easy when there is no device to assist you on that. Even if it's placed in between the neck and shoulder, the neck will experience cramps. Therefore, I gave him a Blue Tooth Headset, and now it never leaves his side.

Nerves in the neck will be constricted once you put a cell phone in the middle of your neck and shoulders. There will be soreness in the shoulders, neck, hands and arms that then becomes a headache as the end result. So that you won't be able to experience those aching body parts, try a hand's free device. The Blue Tooth Headset that I bought can be used with ease. It's trouble-free, it's wireless and even has good sound quality. There's a brand that presents various choices - in styles and shapes - depending on what fits you. It's Motorola. It's speakerphone can even be attached on the visor of your car. A wireless headset is not even necessary and it is not against the law in the California state when you drive using this.

Always bear in mind, safety comes first. If you are going to drive, drive carefully and if you do have to use the phone, a hand's free gadget is the one you should use.
