Iphone 4 gossip and talk debunked and real truths come out including if and when the white iphone 4 is coming out, if the factory unlocked iphone 4 does actually exist or can you jailbreak them. Also the question of how you can jailbreak them is answered here.
It's very obvious now that the white Iphone 4 is not being release for the Holidays. If it was going to happen it would've happened already by black Friday. Additionally a press release by Apple stated this "we're sorry to disappoing customers waiting for the white Iphone 4 but again we've decided to delay release until this spring". And the truth is it may not even be released then!
The iphone 5 may be release soonafter (if not at the same time) as the white iphone 4 therefore truthfully it May Not Even Be Worth Waiting for! If they were released at the same time that would be nice, or only the white iphone 5. It's all speculation at this point. The rumor began and spread based on this email by Steve Jobs this past summer despite the email being extremely mysterious.
"Hello Steve, My name is Nathan, I'm a high school student from San Bernardino. I also happen to be one of your biggest fans and a total Apple fanboy and proud to be. I've been saving up money to buy the new iphone 4. I want the white one but Apple said it won't be available until later this year. I know you must be asked this question hundreds of times a day but do you think we can expect to get the white iphone for xmas? I hope you can answer. Thank you Steve." And Steve answered, in his own particular way: short, and to the point: "Christmas is later this year. Sent from my iPhone"
Everyone is so on edge they'll just run with any remark by Steve Jobs, however, this remark seems to say no more than yes. And the most important factor here is it really says Nothing. Now, onto demystifying jailbreaking and and factory unlocked. First, yes. As soon as the techies crack the latest code (can take up to a few months after the latest Iphone release) you can get any Iphone jailbroken. Where? Start searching your local cell phone repair stores. The attempt craigslist. Ask around. You'll probably have the most luck at a cell phone repair store. You can also find them online for steep prices on Ebay or for more reasonable prices at AppleinBulk.com.
Next, yes Factory Unlocked Iphone 4s do exists. They come from very few other locations warranted by Apple in other countries. With these phones you can insert any sim card and use them in any country and with any carrier. Obviously this has to be kept on the hush hush because of the contract between Apple and AT&T. You can get the factory unlocked Iphone 4 from appleinbulk.com also. They used to sell in bulk but the new rumor is they are starting to sell singles. This rumor is not confirmed yet though. But hopefully the rest of these never ending Iphone rumors have been officially debunked!
