Samsung's all-new Infuse 4G is one of the most powerful, most highly anticipated of the upcoming next wave. Two features in particular distinguish the Infuse from its competition. The first feature would be the amazing display of the 4.5 inch Super AMOLED capacitive screen that's exclusively from Samsung. Samsung also has a wide range of accessories available to protect it, so choosing a case and a screen protector that lets you get the most out of it won't be an issue. The second feature features a 8 MP camera that has LED flash, auto focus, zoom, ISO control, and much more features for great photo opportunities.
With the Infuse, when it comes to enhancing your photos, the only thing limiting you are the apps you have or don't have installed. One of the most powerful yet accessible image editors is PicSay, which is also completely free. If you decide you can't get enough, then you can upgrade to PicSay Pro. PicSay offers a nice basic menu that allows you to implement cool effects such as brightness, temperature, contrast, and more. It also features a wide range of effects such as icons, dialogue balloons to help decorate photos.
The second tool in our preferred Android image-editing arsenal is Photoshop.com Mobile. Photoshop is the granddaddy of all image-editing software and Photoshop.com Mobile is the closest you'll get on a smart phone. What distinguishes it from PicSay is that it has many more filters, effects and tools. It can be very hard to use at first so we prefer using PicSay for now. Earlier we mentioned PicSay Pro, but since Photohop.com Mobile is free, we'd just pair these two apps rather than pay for the upgrade.
And last but not least is FxCamera, which has a huge list of cool effects that you can't find on PicSay or Photoshop Mobile. FxCamera is also completely free. Some of its best effects include Fisheye, ToyCam, Polandroid, SymmetriCam and Warhol. The only obstacle to FxCamera being a good application is that it doesn't have a lot of effects that you'll commonly use. Nonetheless, it's a nice application to have for any toolbox.
In conclusion, we'll do a roundup of other favorite applications. Vignette gives you a range of film and flash-based effects, and it's like FxCamera in terms of how often you'll use it, but it isn't free. CameraZOOM FX is a very powerful suite of many different photo-editing tools. It only cost several dollars, so it's an excellent value, but the intricacy may be a little too high for the average user. Finally, there's Snap Photo Pro, and aims to replace and expand on most of the built-in camera features, useful but not necessary.
